Ali Williams

Before joining ACE, I spent the last couple of decades in Executive Public Sector and Private Sector commercial roles and have run my own business. I was a School Governor for many years and latterly a Parish Councillor. I am also a Non- Executive Director for a Dental Company in Cornwall. My journey into healthcare started early—I was inspired by novels about nurses and even built hospitals out of Lego as a child!

 

I have been following ACE’s progress for a number of years as it has grown and have been impressed with the passion, dedication and determination of the leadership team towards delivering excellence in education, which will have benefited so many children already. ACE has huge ambition, and its our role as the Trustees to support the Executive team, bringing our experience and different perspectives.

 

Outside of work, I enjoy walking, paddleboarding, baking, spending time with friends, exploring good restaurants, and travelling.
